Travel distance by car by the French for their summer holidays 2017
This survey shows the distance traveled by car by French holidaymakers to reach their holiday destination during the summer period in 2017. Thus, more than half of the respondents replied that they traveled at least 500 kilometers. Generally speaking, French people traveling by car made a long journey of at least 200 kilometers to reach their holiday destination. Less than 10 percent reported driving less than 200 kilometers.
