According to a survey of internet users in France in 2023, 85 percent of the respondents reported using the internet on their mobile phones, compared to 82 percent of respondents in the previous year. The number of internet users using instant messaging apps has also increased, going from 62 percent in 2019 to 80 percent in 2023.
