Share of women among Dior's workforce 2022, by position

In December 2022, 65 percent of executives and managers working for Christian Dior were female. This proportion was slightly smaller among production workers: 56 percent of them were women. Overall, women made up the majority of Dior's workforce that year. Among employees of the Kering Group, there seemed to be less women in management positions.
