Brazil: electric motor vehicles registrations 2006-2022, by type
In 2022, registrations of electric vehicles in Brazil maintained an increasing trend. That year, nearly 49 thousand electric passenger cars were registered in the South American country, an increase of 40 percent in comparison to the previous year. Meanwhile, registrations of light commercial vehicles more than tripled, reaching 518 units.
