Entertainment seemed to be the most common reason among Finns to use Pinterest, as of 2019. 74 percent of the respondents to a survey stated to be using the platform for that purpose, whereas 20 percent used it to follow brands and companies. No Finns reported to have used Pinterest for news that year.
