Preferred functions of amusement park apps in the Netherlands 2017
This statistic shows the preferred functions of amusement park apps in the Netherlands in 2017. Almost half of the amusement park visitors who responded to the survey preferred to see contactless payment in amusement park apps. Approximately one third of respondents would like to see the implementation of some kind of loyalty program or a loyalty points collection option in the amusement park mobile application. Also one third found it to be important to be able to order small dishes and beverages via the app. Only around one fifth of the respondents preferred to see a navigation option or interactive map in the mobile application.
