Leisure and business trips made by Italians 2007-2023

The number of leisure and business trips taken by Italian residents declined in 2023 compared to the previous year, remaining below the figures reported before the impact of COVID-19. Overall, Italian residents made roughly 48 million leisure trips and around four million business trips in 2023.
