This statistic shows the share of wireless service customers in the United States who would not switch their wireless service provider in 2017 and 2018. 23 percent of T-Mobile's mobile customers said that would not switch from T-Mobile to another carrier in 2017. For 2018 that share dropped to 16 percent for T-Mobile. All major wireless service providers experienced an increase in customers willing to switch providers.
