Italy: turnover on the Italian Derivatives Market (IDEM) 2007- 2018
This statistic shows data on the total annual turnover of index futures on the Italian Derivatives Market (IDEM) from 2007 to September 2018. In that period, the total turnover generated in index futures decreased from approximately 955 billion euros as of 2007 to about 751 billion euros by the end of 2017. During the period under observation, an all-time low was registered in 2009 (around 419 billion euros), whereas the highest turnover was generated in 2015 (over 1 trillion euros). As of September 2018, a turnover of 694 billion was registered.
