Drivers of IT hardware/software/service purchases via channel partners NA/Europe 2018
The statistic depicts the expected drivers of new IT hardware, software, and/or service purchases through channel partners and/or resellers in North America and Europe in 2018, according to a 2017 survey of North American and European IT professionals. As of 2017, 59 percent of respondents indicated that price was one of the leading drivers of purchases made through channel partners and/or resellers, while 45 percent said prior positive experiences were one of the leading drivers.
