In September 2017, Ryanair announced that due to problems with how staff holidays were scheduled within the company, they were cancelling up to fifty flights per day for the coming months in a move which could effect up to 400,000 passengers. While the budget airline maintains that these cancellations will effect less than one percent of those travelling with them, the uncertainty of the situation has left some holidaymakers in doubt as to whether their trips abroad would go ahead as planned. This survey shows that approximately 69 percent of respondents had lost faith in the company in the midst of this uncertainty.
