As of 2018, Enovos, a daughter of the German multinational, reached the highest market share in the supply of electricity in the Grand Duchy with approximately 57 percent. LEO was the second-largest, with a market share of 30 percent. Luxembourg does not produce electricity, but it imports it from its neighboring countries. In 2016, Luxembourg imported the most electricity from Germany.
