This statistic shows the results of a biennial survey asking British adults (who eat lunch at work) whether they go out to buy a sandwich then bring it back to work more often or less often between 2009 and 2017. In 2017, 19 percent of respondents said they buy sandwiches for lunch at work more often compared to 24 percent who do it less often. The remaining percentage said there was no change in the frequency in which they do this.
