Online shopping on a mobile device in Sweden 2012 and 2018, by age group
The share online shoppers who purchased products on mobile devices grew significantly from 2012 to 2018 among all age groups. The share of youngest representatives shopping via mobile grew from 23 percent in 2012 to 60 percent as of 2018. Furthermore, the corresponding figures for people of ages between 55 and 65 were six percent in 2012 and 47 percent in 2018.
