As of 2019, the leading reason to cancel online purchase in Sweden was that the total price had not included the delivery, according to 44 percent of the respondents to the survey. The second most common reason was the webshop not offering the desired payment method. 36 percent of the interviewed Swedes had cancelled their purchase because of that.
