Throughout the period from 2013 to 2023, wheat consumption accounted for over a half of all grain consumption in Finland. In 2023, Finns consumed almost 49 kilograms of wheat per person. The second most consumed grain was rye with 13 kilograms per capita, followed by oats with 9.7 kilograms.
