Online shopping has become a mainstream activity in Norway, as evidenced by the steady increase in the number of e-commerce users over the past decade. From 2013 to 2023, the share of individuals that bought or ordered online in the last three months increased from 54 percent to 76 percent. In 2023, only five percent of respondents had never engaged in e-commerce.
