Sales of Alfa Romeo vehicles in Mexico dropped by 45 percent in 2020, when compared to the previous year. That year, 100 units of the premium vehicle brand were commercialized in the North American country. Sales were at the lowest in April and May, while lockdown measures were in place, in an attempt to limit the spread of COVID-19 in the country. In contrast, in August 2021, 11 Alfa Romeo units were sold in Mexico, the same as a year earlier.
