The revenue of veterinary activities in Spain was converted into euros considering exchange rates of Decemeber 2021. 

This Ranking of Spanish Companies classifies the companies based on sales values, which are obtained from the individual financial statements reported by each company at the register Registro Mercantil, with closing dates between July of the studied year and June of the following year (12 month period). 

The database INFORMA D&B, from which the information was extracted, gathers data from multiple public and private sources such as BORME (Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil), official account deposits, BOE ( Boletín Oficial del Estado), national and regional press, ad hoc research and other publications.
