As of April 2023, approximately 74 percent of radio listeners surveyed in Mexico stated that they listened to FM radio stations. Whereas nine percent of respondents said they listened to AM stations,15 percent stated that they listened both to AM and FM radio stations. Between 2005 and 2022, the percentage of Mexican households equipped with a radio declined by more than 46 percent.
