This statistic shows the results of a survey in which respondents in the United Kingdom (UK) were asked how valuable would the following abilities be if these limits were available to their card purchases. The survey question was asked and repeated in 2015 and 2016 to show how consumer thoughts have changed in respect to each limit. The Statistic shows that customer opinions changed both positively and negatively to specific limits being available from 2015 to 2016. The percentage of respondents that valued the ability to temporarily disable an account to prevent unauthorized use rose from 67 percent in 2015 to 72 percent in 2016.
