Willingness to join a digital bank in Italy 2019
This statistic illustrates the results of a survey regarding the digitalization of the banking and financial sector conducted in Italy in 2019. During the survey individuals were asked whether they were considering the possibility to switch from their current bank to a digital-only bank in the following year. The results show that 46 percent of the people surveyed stated that they were not considering this option, but maybe later. Some 22 percent of respondents said they would not change their bank for a digital-only one.
