Italy: banks and financial services improvements 2017
This statistic depicts the results of an online survey conducted in Italy in May 2017. Individuals were asked to express their opinion with regard to the changes their banks should implement in order to improve their service offerings. According to the survey results, 30 percent of respondents would demand a higher degree of real-time control and transparency, while 26 percent of them would increase the flexibility in terms of contracts and consultation.
