This statistic illustrates the results of a survey regarding the digitalization in the banking and financial sectors conducted in Italy in 2019. 62 percent of the respondents stated that they have a positive attitude towards digitalization in these sectors and would be interested in new financial solutions. Conversely, only three percent of the interviewed people reported a negative attitude, while the remaining 35 percent were neutral.
