* Of the 600 workers initially surveyed, 47.8 percent (approximately 287 respondents) said that they used group chat tools to communicate with coworkers. Of those 47.8 percent, 76.8 percent (approximately 220 respondents) admitted to using unsanctioned group chat apps always, often, or sometimes.
