This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted with international tourists in Iceland in the summer of 2016, asking where they got the inspiration to visit Iceland. Of respondents, about 58 percent said that they have general interests in nature and the country, while 46.5 percent got the idea to visit Iceland from friends and relatives.
