This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in Italy in November 2017 during which individuals with bank accounts were asked to indicate the tasks they complete when they access online banking platforms via personal computer. Over 37 percent of the interviewed people stated that they access their online banking platform via personal computer for all kind of banking services. Conversely, only 2.2 percent of the respondents admitted not to use internet banking on their computer.

The sample is characterized as follows: 52% male and 48% female respondents. 46% of them were living in the North of Italy, 19% in the Centre and 35% in the South. 31% of the respondents were below 35 years of age, 47% between 35 and 55 and 22% over 55.
