Sales value of paper Japan 2012-2020

The survey subjects include all paper business establishments excluding handmade paper.
Paper in this statistic includes newsprint paper in rolls, printing and communication paper, wrapping paper, sanitary paper and miscellaneous paper.

Sales value is defined as follows:
Products directly sold to distributors or other consumer enterprises.
Products shipped to the headquarters/sales offices or relay points for the purpose of selling.
Commissioned products shipped to consigners that are sales dealers (including consumers).
Products shipped to other factories of the same enterprise which are not producing the same survey commodity.

100 Japanese yen equal 0.74 U.S. dollars or 0.70 euros as of December 2022.
