Which brand sells the most motorcycles in Belgium? BMW topped a ranking for newly sold motorbikes in Belgium in 2019, with Yamaha and Honda completing the top three. The German brand sold around 3,300 bikes in the country, whereas Yamaha and Honda both sold around 3,100 and 2,900 two-wheeled vehicles, respectively. Honda observed a noticeable decline in its two-wheeler sales following organizational issues in the Benelux region between 2017 and 2018.

In 2019 registrations of new motorcycles were up by 300 units compared with the previous year. Roughly 23,800 motor bikes were registered in 2019, the highest figure since 2011, when registrations equaled 24,760.

The total revenue of Belgium’s vehicle industry amounted to around 135 billion euros, with roughly 94.7 billion euros coming from car trade. The trade and repair of motorcycles lead to a revenue of over 953 million euros.
