Internet users booking holidays online in Italy 2016, by population density

This statistic illustrates the share of internet users aged between 25 and 34 years who booked holidays online in Italy in 2016, broken down by population density of the area of origin. According to data, respondents from densely populated regions (over 500 people per square kilometer) were slightly more likely to book holidays online: 19 percent of them had made this kind of purchase in 2016. By contrast, 15 percent of respondents from less densely populated areas had booked holidays online in the same period.
