As of April 2023, the revenue generated from Arabica coffee production in Brazil had reached the second-highest value in the past ten years, at around 41.3 billion Brazilian reals. This represented a decrease of just under two percent in comparison to the previous year when it amounted to nearly 42 billion Brazilian reals. The revenue from the Conilon variety, also known as Robusta, on the other hand, had a decline of nearly 15 percent, totaling a gross revenue of around 11.2 billion Brazilian reals. Coffee production in Brazil had reached nearly 55 million 60-kg bags in 2023.
