Mexico: make-up store retail sales by channel 2018
The share of department store sales of make-up cosmetics in Mexico amounted to 16.6 percent of the industry's retail sales in 2018. In contrast, traditional format food retailers accounted for only 2.8 percent of all retail sales in that same year. Sales value in the cosmetics, perfume and toiletries industry in Mexico amounted to 44.92 billion Mexican pesos in 2018.
