FDI in chemical manufacturing in Mexico 2020, by sector
In 2020, around one third of the foreign direct investment (FDI) in the chemical manufacturing industry in Mexico regarded soaps, cleaners, and toilet preparations. While that segment's FDI amounted to 287.4 million U.S. dollars, the sector of fertilizers, pesticides, and other agrochemicals registered foreign divestment of over 40 million dollars in the period.
