This statistic represents the ratings* given by truck drivers within Germany to a survey about their experiences with Vehicle Management Software (VMS). The reliability of these systems was the feature which German truck drivers rated the highest, with eight percent of respondents reporting that they were very satisfied with their VMS and only five percent giving a negative rating.

* The survey asked respondents to rate their experiences with Vehicle Management Software (VMS) on a scale from one to six, with one being very satisfied and six being very unsatisfied. Due to low responses, the share of respondents who answered five or six were merged into one group. Approximately 48 percent of those interviewed did not have any experience using VMS.
