Share of vegetables in food consumption in major Indian cities 2017
This statistic represents the results of an online survey among HealthyifyMe app users in 2017 about the share of vegetables in food consumption across major Indian cities. According to the report, the south-western city of Pune consumed the highest share of vegetables in food, with close to 17 percent, while the southern city of Chennai had the lowest share of vegetable consumption, with about 13 percent during the survey period.
