Between 2010 and 2022, internet penetration grew steadily in Cuba, with approximately 71.1 percent of the Cubans having accessed the internet by 2021. Most of the internet traffic in the country originated via mobile phones, one of the highest shares for this type of device among all Latin American and Caribbean countries.
