As of 2016, both Belgian and Dutch individuals were using digital media roughly four hours a day, although the Belgians used digital media approximately half an hour less than the Dutch individuals. Print media, however, was more extensively used in Belgium, as people in the Netherlands spent a little more than half an hour on it while people in Belgium spent close to an hour reading print media.
