This survey depicts the projected prescription drug trends in U.S. for 2016 and 2017. According to the surveyed health insurance providers, projections for prescribed specialty drug/biotech were an 18.9 percent increase in 2016, which should fall slightly to an 18.7 percent increase in 2017.
