Internet penetration rate in Italy 2022, by region
In 2022, about 85.4 percent of inhabitants in the region of the autonomous province of Trento reported that they used the internet. The second-ranked region was Trentino South Tyrol with approximately 84.7 percent of internet users. Conversely, Apulia and Sicily provided the lowest online usage reach with 73.5 percent and 73.3 percent, respectively.
