Nissan was the most stolen vehicle brand in Mexico in 2021, accounting for around 22.3 percent of the total number of insured vehicles that were stolen. General Motors ranked second, representing nearly 14 percent of stolen insured vehicles. In the same year, approximately 62,200 insured vehicles were reported stolen in the Latin American country.
