Vegetarians among young adults in India 2016

This statistic displays the results of a youth survey conducted among 15-34 year olds across 19 states in India in 2016 about what kind of diet they followed. A majority of respondents, about 58 percent, were non-vegetarians, while about nine percent stated that they were vegetarians that consumed eggs in their food during the survey period.
