In 2022, further offers on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) raised the most funding among stock exchange in Europe. The value of financing raised by FOs on the LSE reached over 15 billion euros. Further offers, also known as secondary offering, are shares issues to investors by a listed company after the initial public offering (IPO).
