This statistic illustrates the share of municipalities adopting Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) in Italy in selected years between 2009 and 2015. A disaster recovery plan (DRP) is a documented process or set of procedures to recover and protect a business IT infrastructure in the event of a disaster. Such a plan, ordinarily documented in written form, specifies procedures an organization has to follow in the event of a disaster.
In 2015, 48.8 percent of the municipalities located in Italy reported to adopt a disaster recovery plan.
