According to the survey results, one in two young people aged between 18 and 24 regularly checked their smartphone at night. This figure is similar to the share of people with this habit in the 25-34 age group (46 percent). By contrast, only 28 percent of respondents aged over 64 checked their phone regularly in the middle of the night.
