This statistic displays the result of a survey on customer satisfaction of pay TV providers in Finland from 2012 to 2017. As of 2017, Elisa had the highest pay TV customer satisfaction, reaching a score of 71.2. Telia (former Sonera, now part of the Swedish Telia Group) ranked second, with an improvement of 4.2 index points from the previous year. In the same year, DNA's satisfaction score dropped below 65, meaning that the customers were unsatisfied with the pay TV provider.
