This statistic describes the results of a survey conducted in 2016 about the barriers faced by online fashion buyers in making purchases in India, broken down by gender. Among males, some 39 percent of respondents stated that the lack of touch and feel for their purchases was a barrier to shopping online, while this was a barrier for about 43 percent of females during the survey period.
