B2B customer satisfaction of telecommunication providers in Finland 2019, by service
According to survey from 2019, Finnish business customers were overall satisfied or very satisfied with their telecommunication providers. B2B customer satisfaction was on a slightly higher level with mobile telecommunications than with broadband services. In terms of mobile telecommunications, Telia ranked first with an index score of 77.3 on the EPSI rating scale from 0 to 100. Among the B2B broadband customers, Elisa reached the highest score of 73.3 index points, closely followed by DNA with 72.9 points.
