U.S. consumers reasons for returning items to the manufacturer 2017
This statistic shows the results of a Statista survey in which U.S. e-commerce shoppers were asked under what circumstances they would return/send back items they no longer want or need to the distributor or manufacturer in the United States as of June 2017. During the survey period, 87 percent of respondents stated that they would very likely or somewhat likely return/send back items they no longer want or need to the distributor or manufacturer if they were to receive money for it.
