According to the study results, a general decline in entrepreneurial activity in all Italian regions was recorded, with Piedmont and Sicily registering the lowest rate of entrepreneurial activity (-4.8 and -3.9, respectively). The rate of entrepreneurial activity was only slightly better in Aosta Valley (-1.9).
