This survey displays the result of a survey on alcohol users that aim to drink less in the next year and would like help to reduce drinking in the Nordic countries in 2018. That year, the share of respondents wanting to consume less alcohol was highest in Finland, with a share of 50.1 percent, followed by Norway with a share of roughly 44 percent of respondents. The share of people that would like to drink less in Denmark was lowest of all Nordic countries and amounted to approximately 30 percent. In Finland, ten percent of respondents who stated that they want to drink less, would like to get help to reduce drinking.
